Intentional Acts of Kindness Month / August:
To be kind is to be generous, gentle and interested in the happiness of others. The month of August will be Nashville Life's Intentional Acts of Kindness Month. During these thirty-one days we would like to show our city just how kind Jesus is through intentional acts of kindness. To help your creativity, a card of suggested ideas can be picked up every Sunday in the lobby at Nashville Life during the month of August. You will also have a chance to add your kindness story to the “NL" Wall. Our hope is that by the end of the month that wall will be fully covered with your stories! Tuesday Night Prayer / September 4th:
Join us on Tuesday, September 4th at 7:30 PM in Wallace Chapel for a time of prayer and worship! This is an awesome opportunity for us to gather as a church family to be refreshed and encouraged as we lift up our church, city and personal needs to the Lord in prayer. Come check it out!
Life Class / September - November, 2018:
It's almost time for Life Class - Fall 2018! Life Class is a nine week course teaching the love of God through scripture and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. The sessions are designed to teach the benefits that come with being a child of God, and help believers apply these truths to their lives so they can see real change. Life Classes are held seasonally, and start at 1 PM on Sundays for nine consecutive weeks, starting September 16th for the men and September 23rd for the women. There is also an Encounter Weekend at the halfway mark held in Crossville, TN. Click here to learn more and register.
Movies in the Park / September 28th:
This fall, Nashville Life hosts Movies in the Park featuring a family favorite, "UP!" This free event will be at Centennial Park at the event shelter on Friday, September 28th at 5 PM, with the movie beginning at sundown. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair, and enjoy a movie under the stars with your friends and family!
Bogotá / January 28th - February 2nd, 2019:
For those interested in joining us for the G12 Conference next year, it's time to start preparing! The conference is entitled, "Return to The Original," and is designed to inspire and encourage the global church to keep winning souls and making disciples. Nashville Life is hoping to take another large group to represent our church family. The conference is taking place January 28th - February 2nd, 2019 in Bogotá, Colombia.
